Marmalade
- 1lb Seville oranges
- 1 Lemon
- 2lb Sugar
- 1 pint water
- Add oranges, lemons and water to a pan and pressure cook for 10 mins
- Leave to cool
- Remove pips
- Chop skin
- Place all ingredients casserole (or pressure cooker)
- Simmer (rolling boil) for 10 mins
- Leave to cool (not too long)
- Place into jars
