Marmalade

  • 1lb Seville oranges
    • 1 Lemon
    • 2lb Sugar
    • 1 pint water
    1. Add oranges, lemons and water to a pan and pressure cook for 10 mins
    2. Leave to cool
    3. Remove pips
    4. Chop skin
    5. Place all ingredients casserole (or pressure cooker)
    6. Simmer (rolling boil) for 10 mins
    7. Leave to cool (not too long)
    8. Place into jars
