Rosemary & Red Wine Sauce
- Half chopped onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 200ml wine
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Spoon flour
- Meat juices
- Veg water
- Fry onion for 10min. Then add rosemary and half garlic. Add the wine and reduce to half.
- Make roo add to mixture then add veg water till just right
