Rosemary & Red Wine Sauce

    • Half chopped onion
    • 3 cloves garlic
    • 200ml wine
    • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
    • Spoon flour
    • Meat juices
    • Veg water
    1. Fry onion for 10min. Then add rosemary and half garlic. Add the wine and reduce to half.
    2. Make roo add to mixture then add veg water till just right
