50g unsweetened bakers chocolate (or plain)
110g butter
2 eggs
225g sugar (reduce to 3/4 with sweet chocolate)
50g plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
0.25 teaspoon salt
110g chopped nuts
Line a tin (7 x 8ins) (18 x 28cm)
Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over hot water
Stir in remaining ingredients
Add to tin
Bake at 180C Gas 4 for 30mins
Leave to cool for 10mins before dividing
