Chocolate Fudge Brownies

- 50g unsweetened bakers chocolate (or plain)
- 110g butter
- 2 eggs
- 225g sugar (reduce to 3/4 with sweet chocolate)
- 50g plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 110g chopped nuts
- Line a tin (7 x 8ins) (18 x 28cm)
- Melt the butter and chocolate in a bowl over hot water
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Add to tin
- Bake at 180C Gas 4 for 30mins
- Leave to cool for 10mins before dividing
