Pork Stroganoff
- 1 Pork fillet
- 2 oz butter
- 4oz bacon
- 8oz mushrooms
- 8oz tomatoes – skinned and chopped
- 5oz sour cream
- Chopped Parsley
- Fry the chopped pork the butter
- Remove pork
- Fry bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms
- Return pork simmer until cooked
- Stir in the cream – do not boil
- Boil rice (or potatoes)
Serve with parsley garnish
