Pork Stroganoff

    • 1 Pork fillet
    • 2 oz butter
    • 4oz bacon
    • 8oz mushrooms
    • 8oz tomatoes – skinned and chopped
    • 5oz sour cream
    • Chopped Parsley
    1. Fry the chopped pork the butter
    2. Remove pork
    3. Fry bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms
    4. Return pork simmer until cooked
    5. Stir in the cream – do not boil
    6. Boil rice (or potatoes)

Serve with parsley garnish
