1 Pork fillet
2 oz butter
4oz bacon
8oz mushrooms
8oz tomatoes – skinned and chopped
5oz sour cream
Chopped Parsley
Fry the chopped pork the butter
Remove pork
Fry bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms
Return pork simmer until cooked
Stir in the cream – do not boil
Boil rice (or potatoes)
Serve with parsley garnish
