Anzacs

    • 4oz Flour
    • 4oz Rolled Oats
    • 4oz Dessicated Coconut
    • 4oz Sugar
    • 1/2 teasp baking powder
    • 1 teasp golden syrup
    • 4oz butter (melted)
    1. Mix the dry ingredients
    2. Stur in the syrup and butter
    3. Roll into small balls - flattern slightly
    4. Place on greased backing tray
    5. Bake at 310F Gas M 2 for 15 mins
    6. Cool on a wire tray
