Anzacs
- 4oz Flour
- 4oz Rolled Oats
- 4oz Dessicated Coconut
- 4oz Sugar
- 1/2 teasp baking powder
- 1 teasp golden syrup
- 4oz butter (melted)
- Mix the dry ingredients
- Stur in the syrup and butter
- Roll into small balls - flattern slightly
- Place on greased backing tray
- Bake at 310F Gas M 2 for 15 mins
- Cool on a wire tray
