- 350g fillet of beef
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tablespoons groundnut oil
- 3 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 medium chilli de-seeded and finely chopped
- 200g baby white stemmed pak choy, sliced in half
- salt and ground pepper
- Prepare fillet of beef by hammering with a meat cleaver (or similar)
- Slice thinly, season with oyster sauce, sugar, salt & pepper
- Heat wok over a high heat, add the l teaspoon groundnut oil. Add the garlic, chilli and toss quickly.
- Add the pak choy, stir fry for 1 min, season with salt and 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce.
- Transfer the pak choy to serving plate
- Heat wok over a high heat add the remaining groundnut oil
- Add the beef slices, stir fry for 1 - 2 minutes
- To serve place the the beef slices on the pak choy.
