Parsley Stew

Makes 12 - Best to do half the amount

    • Beef - 1.2kg
    • Onion - 4
    • Carrots - 6 Medium
    • Swede - 3/4
    • Dumplings -
      • 6oz suet
      • 12oz Flour
    • Potatoes - 1kg
    • Oxo
    1. Brown the meat and onion
    2. Add stock and simmer 1hr
    3. Add carrots and swede - another 30mins
    4. Potatoes - 10min
    5. Dumplings - 20mins

Could do stages 2 and 3 in oven for 1.5hrs
