Makes 12 - Best to do half the amount
- Beef - 1.2kg
- Onion - 4
- Carrots - 6 Medium
- Swede - 3/4
- Dumplings -
- 6oz suet
- 12oz Flour
- Potatoes - 1kg
- Oxo
- Brown the meat and onion
- Add stock and simmer 1hr
- Add carrots and swede - another 30mins
- Potatoes - 10min
- Dumplings - 20mins
Could do stages 2 and 3 in oven for 1.5hrs
