Minestrone Soup

2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes

2 packages frozen vegetables and pasta-seasoned sauce

3 400ml cans liquid beef stock

2 celery ribs

2 potatoes cubed

1 teaspoon Italian herb seasoning

2 cans kidney beans

2 teaspoons minced garlic

Combine all ingredients with 240ml water in large sprayed slow cooker and mix well.

Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
