Olive oil

1. Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6 (220C for Delia but 35 to 40mins)

2. Place veg in roasting tin

3. Sprinkle with herbs and oil and stir 

4. Roast  for 45-55 mins until tender and golden brown
