Adapted from recipe card
100g Brocoli
100g Baby Sweetcorn
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Carrots
100g Thin Beans
Noodles
For the sauce
150ml Chicken stock
1 Table Spoons soft dark sugar
1 Table spoon corn flour
1 Table spoon soy sauce
Tea spoon paprica
Steam the veg
Cut the chicken into small pieces
Stir fry the checken
Whisk up the sauce
Add to chicken and simmer for 2 mins
