Medium sized onion
1 Small potato
1lb (450g) raw beetroot
Olive oil
2 pints Veg Stock
3 table spoon cider vinegar (I left this out)
1 teaspoon Marmite
Sour Cream
Chop Veg
Fry Onions for 10 min
Add everything and simmer for 30 mins
Liquidise
Add cream before serving
