Borscht
- Medium sized onion
- 1 Small potato
- 1lb (450g) raw beetroot
- Olive oil
- 2 pints Veg Stock
- 3 table spoon cider vinegar (I left this out)
- 1 teaspoon Marmite
- Sour Cream
- Chop Veg
- Fry Onions for 10 min
- Add everything and simmer for 30 mins
- Liquidise
- Add cream before serving
