1 egg
1 mug sugar
3 level tsp flour
1 mugs rhubarb (1cm long)
Mix sugar with egg
Fold in 3 level tsp flour
Put in pastry case
Add lattice across the top
Place in high oven 200 for 10mins
Lower to finish 160 for 40min
