Rhubarb Tart

From the Daily Mirror - soon after my parents got married.

    • 1 egg
    • 1 mug sugar
    • 3 level tsp flour
    • 1 mugs rhubarb (1cm long)
  1. Mix sugar with egg
  2. Fold in 3 level tsp flour
  3. Put in pastry case
  4. Add lattice across the top
  5. Place in high oven 200 for 10mins
  6. Lower to finish 160 for 40min
