Rhubarb Tart
From the Daily Mirror - soon after my parents got married.
- 1 egg
- 1 mug sugar
- 3 level tsp flour
- 1 mugs rhubarb (1cm long)
- Mix sugar with egg
- Fold in 3 level tsp flour
- Put in pastry case
- Add lattice across the top
- Place in high oven 200 for 10mins
- Lower to finish 160 for 40min
