Quick Suet Pudding

    • 150g 5oz self raising flour
    • pinch of salt
    • 50g 2oz caster sugar
    • 50g 2oz suet
    • I egg
    • 150ml 1/4pt milk
    1. Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well
    2. Make a well in the middle and add the egg beaten with milk. Mix to a soft dropping consistency.
    3. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 minutes (800W)

That's the basic pud.
