Quick Suet Pudding
- 150g 5oz self raising flour
- pinch of salt
- 50g 2oz caster sugar
- 50g 2oz suet
- I egg
- 150ml 1/4pt milk
- Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well
- Make a well in the middle and add the egg beaten with milk. Mix to a soft dropping consistency.
- Cover and cook on high for 5-6 minutes (800W)
That's the basic pud.
