Again a great work session with a lot of progress. The components that require the bright red on the under body continue to be worked on and painted. Painters Ron, Art, and Connie after spraying the bottom of the body the bright red.
There is a lot of detail work being done on the small trim parts. In fact a few items have been shipped to the plater.
The chassis construction is really coming along. Del has fabricated the 90 degree bends in the exhaust pipe to bring the exhaust pipes through the frame of the side of the car.
Other work is being done on disassemblying the front of the cowl as well as the instrument panel. Note that the original instrument panel has a large hole above the center of the steering wheel for the tachometer.
Shown in this set of photos is the original instrument panel as it is being disassembled by Bob and Chuck. Also Jim is looking at some window lift motors to design and build the rotating front seat mechanisms.
Also note the "BLUE TINT" on the original section of the instrument panel.
