Morus alba L.
To prepare this recipe you need:
•350 g of mulberry
•250 g of sugar
•1 l of Water
• lemon juice ( 1 lemon)
Wash the fruit, dry it and finally blend the mulberry blackberries with a mixer. Filter the juice to remove the seeds. In a pot, boil the water with the sugar, stirring to melt it well, when it is melt, switch the pot off and let it cool. Then add the blackberry puree to the syrup and the lemon juice. Pour the mixture obtained into an ice cream maker. Once thickened, keep it in the freezer. If you do not have an ice cream maker, pour all the mixture into a steel container and store it in the freezer. Mix vigorously with a spoon every 40/60 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth and soft.
