wire clock

My project was of a clock in my house that has been there my entire life. I created this clock out of two different weights of wire. I chose to do this project because it has a very interesting shape for a clock, I made it using primarily line.

In my artwork I used some silhouette lighting in the background of the picture. I didn't use many composition rules in my artwork. My project evolved in some different, and not very good ways. It began as a frame and I added the sides and back. The morning before it was due it got crushed so I had to quickly fix it before class.

The story of my artwork was that I was sitting on the floor filling out the idea generation worksheet. I couldn't think of an object so I looked around the clock was the coolest thing I could see from my spot on the floor. This clock has been in the same place in my house for my entire life. I would add more detail to the clock: maybe hands and numbers on the face of the clock.
