Objective:

To ensure that commitments and decisions made on behalf of the school are properly authorised and approved by the Board of Trustees and to minimise hindrance to the day to day operation of the school.

Approval Levels:

1. Formal BOT Approval

2. Principal and Chairperson or Exec Officer

3. Principal, Exec Officer & Designated Staff

4. Principal, Exec Officer and Senior Management Team

5. Exec Officer & Admin Staff
