INTRO:

GUIDELINES
1.All school policies and procedures will incorporate EEO requirements.
2.The appointment policy and procedures will ensure that there is no discrimination in the area of recruiting and selection or in promotion and career development.
3.The Principal and Board Chair are identified as having particular responsibility for monitoring E.E.O. procedures.
4.The school will develop guidelines for handling sexual harassment, racial discrimination, gender bias and other grievances.
5.Opportunities will be given for the enhancement of the abilities of individual employees.
6. The school will ensure that the aspirations, rights and needs of Māori are fostered and furthered in this school
7.The Board of Trustees and all staff members will aim to identify and eliminate any aspects of policies or procedures, and other conditions existing within the school, that might cause or perpetuate (or tend to cause or perpetuate) inequalities of any person or group of people.
