We the undersigned agree to the following conditions for the use of Pt England School Grounds:
We wish to use the _______________from ________ pm to _____ pm, on

-Car parking will be: in the school car park/on the street. (delete one)
-Any rubbish dropped will be cleaned up and disposed of.
-Users of the grounds will, as far as possible, stay clear of school buildings, will not play in classroom bays and there will be no climbing in trees or gardens.
-There will be no charge for use of the grounds but a small koha would be appreciated.
-In the event of any damage or vandalism associated with the group mentioned hereon, this agreement will be immediately revoked. Any damage that is the responsibility of the user, will be expected to be made good by the user.
-We would like all users of the grounds to depart by 6.30pm unless there is a special arrangement.
-No alcohol, drugs or glue are to be used on the school grounds. The school is a SmokeFree and VapeFree Area
-Please help us by protecting our school and ensuring that others in the community respect this property.
