Every attempt will be made to convene committees at times of mutual convenience and only when these are actually required. We do not require that committees meet regularly or that they always keep minutes, but that as committees are needed from time to time, after any significant discussion or recommendation, this shall be put to the Board for ratification based on the committee's recommendation.
