These RICH, and SUPER CHOCOLATY little bites are the perfect little treat to have on hand when those chocolate cravings hit!
All you need is 7 ingredients and about 10 minutes. These energy bites are so easy to throw together if you are on a time crunch, and there is NO BAKING REQUIRED!

½ cup gluten free oat flour
2 tbsp cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup ground flaxseed
½ cup vegan dark chocolate chips
¾ cup natural peanut butter
¼ cup pure maple syrup
¼ unsweetened coconut flakes
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
In a large bowl, mix together the oat flour, cocoa powder, flaxseed and chocolate chips.
Add peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla and fold together until well incorporated.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop and drop a ball into your hands. Roll and press into bites. Enjoy!
