I don't know about you, but I am always in the mood for some candy. Around the holidays, it can be difficult to keep your food choices in check. This recipes uses healthier ingredients that are REAL and DELICIOUS!
1 cup dark chocolate chips (70% or higher)
1/3 cup dried blueberries
1/3 cup whole almonds
1 - 2 tsp coconut oil
Line a pan with parchment paper and set aside
Combine chocolate and coconut oil. Melt chocolate in the microwave or in a double boiler until smooth
Pour chocolate onto prepared parchment paper and distribute dried blueberries and almonds evenly. Allow to set. I like to place mine in the freezer for faster results
Store in fridge or freezer
