These super cozy, oh-so-easy to make GINGERBREAD OATS are the perfect breakfast for the holidays!
It’s loaded with warm, cheerful flavors of molasses and pure maple syrup and topped with sliced banana, @purelypecan butter, and dashes of ginger and cinnamon + my homemade gingerbread granola! Go check out the recipe!
1/3 cup steel-cut oats
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 banana (1/2 mashed, 1/2 for topping)
1/2 tbsp purely pecan butter
1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cloves
gingerbread granola (recipe on website)
Add almond milk + oats to saucepan and allow to simmer on medium-low for 10-15 mins. Stir continuously.
Remove from saucepan and mix in the 1/2 mashed banana, pecan butter, and spices.
Serve and enjoy!
