Are you team regular fries or sweet potato fries?
This is a no-brainer for me. Sweet potato fries (or wedges in this case) offer so many health benefits including:
Improved gut health
Cancer-fighting agents
Improved eyesight
A stronger immune system
I like to keep the skin on when I cook these because they are PACKED FULL of NUTRIENTS like manganese, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and E!
These make for the perfect side dish or even a small snack just because. Pair these with my homemade ketchup whicch is made without refined sugars or preservatives!
Recipe below!
4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into ½ inch sticks

2 cloves garlic, finely minced
