1/2 whisked egg
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup almond flour
1/8 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Whisk egg, and set half aside.
Whisk in coconut sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla.
Mix in almond flour along with baking soda and salt.
Mix until well combined. Add in sprinkles and mix again.
Place in freezer for 20 minutes.
Roll into cookie and press down to flatten slightly.
Bake for 14-18 minutes or until golden brown.
