Are you looking for a quick and easy meal to make for dinner tonight?
These CHICKEN TACOS are the perfect choice!
For this recipe, I used Perdue 's ground chicken which is raised without antibiotics or hormones.
I also made my own taco seasoning, which has much LESS SODIUM than the store-bought kind. This taco seasoning is a blend of chili, onion, and garlic powder, cumin, ground pepper, and a dash of paprika!

Did you know sodium...
is an essential nutrient your body needs for muscle and nerve function,
high sodium consumption increases the risk for developing high blood pressure,
packaged and Processed foods contain much more sodium than fresh foods,
and Dietary Guidelines recommend consuming >2300mg sodium per day (This is about 1 tsp)
Here's the recipe:
1 lb ground chicken
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
pinch of paprika
6 corn taco shells
optional: diced onions, tomatoes, avocado, lettuce, and shredded cheese
Cook chicken in a skillet until brown (about 7-8 mins).
