This plate turned out so great! Here’s what you’ll need:
4 oz pre cooked frozen @tyson grilled chicken
1 can french green beans (be mindful that one can serves 2-3 people)
1 cup cubed butternut squash (you can buy this pre-cut in the store!)
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, divided
2 dashes cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Black pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a medium bowl, combine butternut squash, olive oil and maple syrup, and 1 dash cayenne pepper. Stir until fully coated.
In a separate bowl, combine frozen chicken, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 dash cayenne pepper. Stir until fully coated.
Line a baked on with parchment paper and place butternut squash on one side and the chicken on the other.
Bake for about 20-25 mins until golden brown.
Meanwhile, cook your green beans on medium in a pot for about 15-20 mins.
