The watermelon strawberry mint smoothie is so refreshing, you’ll feel like you’re sippin’ on an icey at the lake. This smoothie is a blend of watermelon, strawberries, and fresh mint leaves which make for the perfect combination!
3 cups frozen watermelon, cubed
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt (I used Oikos Triple Zero Vanilla)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (I used Almond Breeze)
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, packed
Combine all ingredients into a blender, and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy on a hot summer day!
