1/2 cup rolled oats @quaker
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup coconut chips, toasted @traderjoes
1/4 cup coconut yogurt
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
Cherries for topping!
1. Place coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Add oats to milk once it starts to simmer. Cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
2. Top with coconut chips, pineapple, yogurt, and a cherries!
