This viral sensation from TikTok is the real deal, y'all! This delicious bowl of blended oats, fresh blueberries, and Greek yogurt turns out just like a warm, fluffy muffin with a creamy inside texture. Okay, I am literally drooling just talking about it!
This sweet breakfast treat is perfect for one, and it can easily be doubled for two. You can even make it ahead of time if your on a time crunch!
Follow the recipe below for a LIFE-CHANGING bowl of oats!
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup almond milk (any milk will work)
1/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 large egg
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup fresh blueberries + more for topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add all ingredients except blueberries to a blender, and blend until smooth.
Spray a ramekin with cooking spray, and then pour mixture into it.
Place blueberries on top, and swirl them into the mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and removed clean.
Remove from oven, and allow to cool before eating.
Top with extra Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and/or blueberries! Enjoy!
