Another yogurt bowl for this beautiful day!!
Did you know Greek yogurt has as much protein as a 2-3 ounces piece of lean meat? This equals out to 15-20 grams per 6 ounces of of yogurt!
If you're vegetarian or simply just struggling to get in your recommended daily amount of protein, try adding Greek yogurt to your life!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup Greek yogurt (I used Oikos Triple Zero strawberry greek yogurt)
1-2 medium strawberries, chopped
1/2 banana, sliced
5-6 raspberries
1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tsp chia seeds
Sprinkle of homemade granola (go check out my peanut butter granola recipe!)
Simply combine all of the ingredients into one bowl and enjoy!
