This oatmeal bowl was so fun and festive to put together! It’s so simple too!
All you need is...
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1 +1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any other nut milk)
1-2 tbsp plain yogurt (I use @Siggis )
1/2 banana, sliced
1 handful fresh pomegranate
Sprinkles for fun!
Bring the almond milk and oats to a boil and allow to simmer for about 10 mins.
Remove from heat, add your toppings, and enjoy!
