I had to follow the new Tik Tok tortilla wrap trend!
This wrap took literally 5 MINUTES to make, so it is great if you are in on a time crunch.
Instead of rolling your tortilla (like normal), this tortilla is folded four ways. This makes it much easier (in my opinion) to eat because it's not falling apart!
This is defintely a game changer, and I know you will all love it!
Here’s what you will need:
1 whole wheat wrap (I used @missiontortilla )
3oz sliced deli chicken or turkey (@castle
baby spinach
1/4 cup shredded cheese (I had Mexican blend on hand, but you can use whatever you like!)
1/2 tbsp ranch dressing (@hiddenvalley )
Cut the wrap midway, and place the ingredients in four corners.
Starting with the bottom left corner, fold up. Then fold the upper left corner to the right. Finally, fold it down to the bottom right.
Grill in a pan over medium heat until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese melts. (About 3-4 mins on each side) ENJOY!
