1/2 ripe avocado
1 -2 tsp ground black pepper

Scramble your eggs (or make them however you like best!)
Toast bagel while eggs are cooking
Transfer eggs to bagel, and top with avocado, black pepper, and crushed red pepper.
Optional toppings: tomato, spinach, cheese
