PEACHES AND CREAM PROTEIN SMOOTHIE 🍑🥤
I am loving peach season, so I had to make a fun lil recipe for you guys to show for it!!
This peaches and cream protein smoothie has ZERO ADDED SUGAR and it tastes great too!
Also, one serving has over 14 grams of protein and 5 grams of fiber! You’re definitely going to want to try this out!
All you need are 5 simple ingredients
1 peach
1 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk @almondbreeze
1/2 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt @oikos
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Blend all of the ingredients together and enjoy!
