My favorite thing to add to a yogurt parfait is homemade granola. There’s just something about that CRUNCH that keeps me coming back for more!
3 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup whole almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut chips
2 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine all ingredients, and bake at 350°F for 20 mins. ENJOY!
