This bowl takes me back to my childhood when I lived off of peanut butter and banana sandwiches. I love this combination, and I hope you will too!
Here's what you'll need:
1/3 cup steel cut oats
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 banana
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (I like to drizzle this on top!)
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
*optional - homemade peanut butter granola
Add almond milk to a pot and bring to a boil.
Add oats to pot and allow to simmer on medium-low for 8-10 mins.
Add cooked oats to a bowl, and top with remaining ingredients.
