Hi friends! If you are craving something sweet, these 6-ingredient cookies are for you!
This recipe is made entirely without added sugar and each ingredient is whole. Follow the recipe below and enjoy! :)
1 cup creamy peanut butter + more for drizzling!
2 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 tbsp oat flour
2 tbsp ground flaxseed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Add all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and stir until well combined.
Spoon out about 1 tbsp of dough for each cookie and place onto baking sheet.
Flatten the surfaces of the dough with a fork and make a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 8-10 minutes and remove from oven.
I like to drizzle mine with melted peanut butter once they have cooled!
