Just in time for Cinco de Mayo, this Black Bean Corn Salsa is the perfect party appetizer! With a combination of black beans, corn, bell peppers, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime, this bowl is sure to be a crowd favorite!

1 can black beans, cooked
1 can whole kernel corn
1 red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1 jalepino, diced
1 avocado
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1 lime, zested and juiced
1/4 tsp coarse black pepper
Combine all ingredients (except for the avocado) into a large bowl.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3, Remove from fridge and add avocado.
4. Serve with tortilla chips or tacos!
