Join us in congratulating LEISD Wilbur Youth Award Nominee Faizah Cooper, who was honored today at Lunch with Leaders!

Leadership Texarkana’s Wilbur Awards, established in 1992 in memory of community servant and historian Wilbur Smith, celebrate the power of one person to make a positive impact. These awards recognize outstanding adults, youth, and organizations who exemplify leadership and a commitment to working together for community excellence.

 Congratulations to Ms. Alicia Prater, Liberty-Eylau ISD’s Secondary District Teacher of the Year! 

Ms. Prater was selected as the winner of the Robbins Toyota Teacher of the Year vehicle drawing between our Elementary and Secondary District Teachers of the Year and will receive the use of a vehicle for one full year!
