He's a doll. He's a dreamboat. He's a delinquent. In John Walter’s film, Cry-Baby, taking place in 1954, the tension between the drapes and the squares has never been worse. The drapes can always catch an eye with their slicked back hair, tight pants and leather jackets and the essence of trouble stuck to them like bees on honey, while the squares fit right in with the image that society has sculpted for them, good girls and boys with crew cuts and the image of college just within their grasp. Wade “Cry-Baby” Walker, played by Johnny Depp, is a hip “drape” who falls hard for the, already spoken for, "square" Allison Vernon-Williams. Though from opposite sides of the track, they can help but fall hard for each other. Walters shakes the foundations of every 50's movie ever, including Grease, Footloose, and Hairspray with Depp as his Elvis Presley, king of rock, image.

Rapture is a Netflix original where they feature different artists and their stories. The first episode is about an artist named Logic, portrayed by himself (Sir Robert Bryson Hall II). In this episode, he talks about his struggles and how they have influenced his music and how he struggled with anxiety and it was crippling him and his career. It is rated TV-MA. It only has one season out on Netflix as of now. I would suggest this show for people who like documentaries or for people who have an artist that they really like on here. I would specifically suggest this episode to people who favor Logic like me.
