Recap of the season
Leopard Basketball
The boy’s basketball season was a success. We accomplished our goals that were set at the beginning of off season. As a team, our record was 21/7 and the district record was 7/3, with losses coming from Paris twice and North Lamar.
Our goal was to win district but we fell short, which put us in second place. We played Tyler Chapel Hill in the first round of playoffs and lost 65-62- it was a heartbreaking loss but our guys took it well.
Successes in the season:
*Won the New Boston Gunslinger
*Second in Idabel Classis Tournament
*Third place in White Oak Tournament
It was a great first year for me and I enjoyed coaching some great athletes.
