Trevor Hurt

Trevor Hurt is interested in the Air Force. He is driven by the idea of a better life and for the sake of his future family. He will be the first of his family to serve and has dreamed of this opportunity for a year. Trevor would like to join the security forces. In order to proceed he will go through basic military and job training.

Jennifer McAdoo

Jennifer McAdoo is going into the U.S. Marines. She is driven by the help of the military dealing with school and her future. She had two uncles that were in the Marines and her great grandfather was in the Air Force. This has been her goal since her junior year and is continuing to find what job would suit her. This requires her to be professional and strive for her best.

Raven Wyatt

Raven Wyatt is looking into being in the U.S. Army and wants to join so that she can be financially stable and meet new friends. Her grandpa is the only other family member to have served in the military. She has wanted to join the Military since her freshman year. She would like to take a job as a physical therapist. She would need to pass basic training and stay within her weight range.

Cody Allen

Cody Allen is already sworn into the Marines. He is interested in the military because he wants to follow in his grandfather's footsteps. His dad and both of his grandfathers served in the Navy and his uncle was a Marine. Cody has wanted to join since he was 12 years old. He wants to become a tank mechanic but in order to proceed his dreams, he has to pass motor-transport school.

Rhegi Lott

Rhegi Lott is already enlisted in the U.S. Navy and has wanted to join since eighth grade. She wanted to join because of better opportunities and to travel the world while meeting new people. In the past she has had three family members in the service. Rhegi will be an engineman and will have to go through basic training and stay within the weight range.

Ralph Crabtree

Ralph Crabtree is interested in the Navy. What drives him to join the Military is the money. His uncle was enlisted in the Army. Ralph has been giving a lot of thought about being in the Navy since 10th grade and is thinking about staying in there for at least 25 years. He would like to work on bombs or get involved in auto tech. He says he is trying to become something better in life.

Brandon Moore

Brandon Moore is in the U.S. Army. He has a lot of support from his family that is pushing him to pursue his goal in life and he is driven by his bonus. His older brother, two of his uncles, along with his grandpa have served in the Military. Brandon has wanted to join since his sophomore year of high school. He chose to be a cargo specialist because of the added bonus.

Davonta Vaughn

Davonta Vaughn is in the Army. He has always wanted this for as long as he can remember. Vaughn is the first in his family to join the Military and wants to become a 12th Bravo Combat Engineer. In order to be a part of the Military, he has to cut his hair.

Marcayla Roy

Marcayla Roy is interested in joining the Air Force because she wants to be in better living conditions and to be able to explore the world. She has a cousin that has served in the Military. Roy has been thinking about the Air Force since her 8th grade year and wants to get involved with forensics. She has to go through basic training and school to proceed her dreams.

Peaire Bastillo

Peaire is going to be in the U.S. Navy. He never knew exactly what he was going to do with his life and he wanted to make his family proud. Bastillo wants to become a successful welder or work in the field of aviation. Peaire’s mother, father and grandfather were Marines and his aunt was in the Navy, so it makes sense to follow the family tradition. The only aspect he sees as a challenge is maintaining his weight requirements before basic training.

Alan Escobedo

Alan Escobedo has decided to join the Marine reserves in order to achieve his educational goals. He will give this branch of service 6 years of his life and in turn, he will take advantage of the funding offered to reservists. It is his desire to attend Texarkana College for training in construction trades, welding, industrial and diesel mechanics. Escobedo’s sister is a former Marine so this field just made sense to him. “My objective is to acquire all the education and training within those 6 years so I can be more marketable in the future. I am in good physical condition which eliminates that challenge. The reserves will help me obtain my immediate and future goals.”

Antony Alexander

Another Navy recruit from this senior class, Antony’s goals are to become financially stable so he can support himself and his future family. He is not the first in his family to join the military and hopes to work as an aviation ordinance soldier. Antony’s goal is to stay in shape and to encourage his fellow soldiers to remain drug free.

Aundranique Wade

The Air Force will gain one of our seniors soon and it happens to be a student who's wanted to join since her 8th grade year. Aundranique plans on pursuing a nursing degree while serving her country. She belongs to a military family (five uncles and three aunts have served in the military) and the Air Force will help Aundranique continue the tradition.
