Mrs. Arcinie Hatchett's 4th period (Intro to Cosmetology) got some hands-on experience with lashes on Thursday, October 10th.
Students were introduced to eyelash band applications that will prepare them to be lash technicians in the future.

Training Class on Cluster Eyelashes Application
Students have been working on TDLR laws, rules and infection control in the subject of facials due to its popularity around the world. Eyelashes now require a license with 320 click hours of training.
Jazmine Dean is a 4 yr licensed Eyelash Technician who graduated from LEHS in 2007 and works part-time doing lashes. She spent the day worked with Mrs. Hatchett's students on Friday, October 18th and everyone received some excellent hands on training.

The Liberty-Eylau Cosmetology Dual Credit 1 and 2 students traveled to Houston and participated in the The Image Expo Student Competition on Monday, October 28th. Although the team did not place, they were recognized for their unique work and extraordinary efforts.
