To stay healthy while enduring the excessive heat, follow these simple rules:
Stay hydrated
Replace necessary electrolytes that are lost during activity
Make sure you do not skip a meal when you are planning to exert yourself outdoors in the heat.
Be aware of the symptoms of heat exhaustion such: as excessive sweating, being weak or tired, muscle cramps, and dizziness.
