The Boy was released in January of 2016 and is about a young American girl named Greta (Lauren Cohan) who takes a job as a nanny in England for a seemingly 8 year old little boy, named Braums. To her surprise, the little boy she is taking care of isn’t a boy, he is a real-life sized doll. Her new employers take care of the doll as if it were human to cope with the death of their son when he was 8 years old, 20 years earlier. When Greta doesn’t follow the rules taking care of Braums, strange things start happening, making her believe that the doll is alive. This movie is a horror/thriller movie and has a twist ending.
27 Dresses was released in 2008 and is a romantic comedy about Jane (Katherine Heigl), a bridesmaid and go-to wedding planner, who is always putting other people’s needs before her own. When her younger sister, Tess (Malin Akerman) gets the man (Edward Burns) that Jane secretly loves, she starts questioning her role as a bridesmaid and wedding planner for the first time in her life. Meanwhile, a reporter (James Marsden) takes the opportunity to use Jane’s story as a ticket to be promoted for another position, while hiding his intentions from Jane. This movie also stars Peyton List as the younger Jane Nichols.
I.T. was released in September of 2016 and is about a father, and business owner, Mikle Reagan, who finds himself in a deadly game of cat and mouse when his newly hired I.T. man, Ed Porter, starts to taunt his family and threaten his business. This is a thriller/drama movie starring Pierce Brosnan, and Stephanie Scott.
