Reflecting on the Season's Performance and Growth:

• "What are your overall takeaways from this season, both positive and areas for improvement?":

Proud of the kids and coaches.  There is always room for improvement in all aspects. 

• "What were some of the biggest challenges the team faced this season, and how did they overcome them?": 

The biggest challenge we faced was just learning to win.  The coaching staff helped build their confidence and showed them that they can do anything if they do it.

• "How did the team's performance evolve throughout the season, and what were some key moments that shaped the team's growth?": 

We started the season off with a tough schedule.  The Henderson game was a key moment because the kids learned to fight to the end and the win gave them confidence that they used to finish the season strong.

• "What are some of the biggest takeaways you'd like players to remember from this season?": 

I want our players to remember that although the season didn’t end the way we had hoped they never quit fighting through adversity.  That is something to be proud of.

• "Are there any new strategies or tactics that you plan to implement for the next season?"

Always, but I can’t share them with you.  It’s a secret.
