The following items were approved:

V.e. - 2010-2011 Budget Cut Recommendations

The Board is moving the first three items of tier two to tier one, proposing to remove one furlough day, and open negotiations with DCTA for the remaining tier two and three recommendations.  Tier one cuts are $165,561 tier two is $24,800 and tier three is $102,800.  The Board will fund the remaining $127,000 from the undesignated reserves for 2010-2011.

The Board voted to approve the DCTA 2008-2011 contract language contingent upon DCTA reopening negotiations for salary and furlough days due to budgetary constraints in 2010-2011.
