The meeting was called to order at 5:37pm
II.Approval of the Agenda
Scott motioned to approve the agenda with moving Math Tutoring Data from informational items to discussion/action items and moving informational items to the end of the agenda. Weymann seconded

V.Budget Update
a. Updated Actuals
Morgan shared the updated actuals with the Board.

Morgan shared with the Board February’s check registry.
c. Statement of Financial Position
Doughty shared with the Board the statement of financial position.
d. General Information on Charter School Reserves
Doughty shared the charter school fund balances per unaudited actuals with the Board.
Doughty shared the 2009 Charter School Indicators Report with the Board.
Doughty shared an email from Tito Zendejas to Lisa Berlanga of CCSA and her response.
Doughty presented the budget survey to the Board.
Yeager presented the Board with five different Darnall budget charts.
e. 2010 – 2011 Budget Cut Recommendations
The Board is moving the first three items of tier two to tier one, proposing to remove one furlough day, and open negotiations with DCTA for the remaining tier two and three recommendations. Tier one cuts are $165,561, tier two is $24,800, and tier three is $102,800. The Board will fund the remaining $127,000 from the undesignated reserves for 2010-2011.
Yeager motioned to approve the above. Weymann seconded.

b. DCTA Negotiations
The Board voted to approve the DCTA 2008-2011 contract language contingent upon DCTA immediately reopening negotiations for salary and furlough days due to budgetary constraints in 2010-2011. Scott motioned the above. Conlon seconded.
