The meeting was called to order at 7:40

II.Budget Update

a.     General Information on Charter School Reserves

Board members discussed the reserves with the whole staff. 

b.     2010 – 2011 Budget Cut Recommendations

Board members brought to the staff the updated budget cut recommendations.

III.Adjournment

Yeager motioned to reconvene at 3:15pm.  Weymann seconded.
